I’ve been a personal trainer for over a decade and have worked with all types of clients from those with injuries to building strength. I have a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science at Cal State Monterey Bay in 2011.
I started as an assistant soccer coach and strength condition coach at Skyline community college for both Men’s and Women’s soccer programs. I have also worked as a Fitness Director and Manager for multiple gyms. I build tailored program layouts for all types of clients.
I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, rehabilitation, athletes, cardio, and functional training. I became a trainer to change people's lives. Giving people a chance to live healthier and move better. It's what I live for. Let's chat and get a plan together!
